Liquor Monitor View Live feature allows you to manage your bartenders by seeing every pour and sale in real time. The data visible from Liquor Monitor can be tied into your surveillance system so you can match exact pours and sales times with your video system. This means any action by bartenders that look suspicious or problematic you can take immediate action to correct.
In addition to View Live our Discrepancy Report available at the POS station from the receipt printer will give you a quick status of each bartender’s performance to see if any correctional action is needed immediately or to be discussed at a later time.

Liquor Monitor offers as a added feature Video Live, you can watch any pour or removal of spout anytime current or past days by accessing the back office PC. (2 cameras per bar with separate PC for Liquor Monitor and Camera system, call for details). Now you can watch the behavior or performance of your bartenders for any time or day with no rollback of tape. Press the event (on view live grid) and you will have instant viewing of the pour or cap removal. Thru the liquor monitor interface you can set the start and end time of the recording. Example 20 seconds before the event starts and 20 seconds after the event is over. No waiting to watch just click the line item for instant viewing. This allows to you to make sure your employees not only are pouring correctly but following the business rules you have told them.
