Liquor Monitor Inventory Feature
Liquor Monitor now tracks all you liquor pours and bottles in real time. This allows you to track stock to pours and have visibility of the liquid level of all bottles in use. Using a handheld data collector (Optimus) programmed with Liquor Monitor software you can receive inventory with a click of a button upload the quantities and cost to the Liquor Monitor database and have visibility of all your liquor stock. This also includes wine bottles, beer bottles as well as any bar coded item you would like to track. As your bartenders pour or sell the database will reduce the stock and at any time you will know how much liquor you should have. Setting your own parameters high/low you will be able to know what to reorder. Liquor Monitor maintains a history of all received and sold products for your viewing. No more guessing how much stock do I need to order or paying an outside inventory service to count bottles after the fact.

If you have a procurement system for receiving and ordering, Liquor Monitor offers a interface to have your quantities and cost pushed to our system for real time inventory control. This includes several fields for you to track inventory using your procurement id numbers for identifying your products.
Labels- Liquor Monitor offers waterproof blank labels to put on your spouts. They come 130 to a flat sheet. You can print your liquor brands on these labels with any laser printer and stick them on the spout so when the spout is removed to wash (soap and water) your bartender will know which bottle to put them back on. Remember each spout is serialized and needs to go back on the correct bottle.
